Excel and Word VBA - merging Word-documents

I have an Excel-workbook with hyperlinks to about 100 Word-documents. In an extra column we write wither 0 or 1. A program needs to merge all the documents which are marked with 1 into 1 full document. The format (styles, margins etc.) are decided from a document I have.
The job will be:
- Create the macro in Excel to merge the documents
- Reformat all the 100-documents (around 130 pages all together)
- Make sure it looks good when merging documents into 1 (pagenumbering, header, footer etc.)
