I need a vba macro for moving read email into archive folders. There are several pst files and lots of folders under those files. Workflow: 1) for incoming messages, after reading the message, a user form should be opened and I would select where it would be moved to. 2) for ongoing messages, after sending a message, a user form should be opened (same form can be used) and I would select where it would be moved to. Basically macro moves messages to my archive folders. User form must be user friendly as possible. I have 4 pst files and each pst has 10 like folder. So selecting the right folder is the trick. Interface must allow to quickly (at most 2 clicks, keyboard shortcuts welcomed) select the archive folder. Macro must be work on MS Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013 versions. Must build on default outlook references. Any kind of external dependencies are not allowed. It should be written only on plain vba macro. All of the code must be open sourced. I will publish it under suitable open source licence on a blog. (If you do so, I will be more glad :) )
