I have downloaded Access 2007 template and need someone to modify it for us. We are a small charity organization and our job is refurbishing old computer systems that are donated to us and passing them to the people and families in a need.

Template would be used as Inventory Management system for our Charity business.
Template already has most of the stuff we need built into, here is the list of the things we would like to get quote for modification:
Different user level access:
For example multiple users that can enter data only, produce reports but cannot change any data in the system.
Power User - login that can change report structure, data needed BUT NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE DATA ALREADY IN THE DATABASE
Perpetual Inventory system:
Perpetual inventory or continuous inventory describes systems of inventory where information on inventory quantity and availability is updated on a continuous basis as a function of doing business. Generally this is accomplished by connecting the inventory system with order entry and in retail the point of sale system. In this case, book inventory would be exactly the same as, or almost the same, as the real inventory.
Based on above, we would need order entry in this template. Everytime customers order is received we would need to enter the order into this system with all the details and create work order for technician to start working on it.
Order entry would automatically assign computer and parts from the inventory and that would be reflected on the work order for technician, so he knows which computer from the shelve he needs to use and what are the parts to be built in.
As is, this is fine and it will be used for our Team Leader to purchase parts.
We would require additional report for condacting monthly spot inventory. Since there is a large amount of donated equipment that is stored in warehouse, it all needs to be entered into this system and assigned barcode, tracking number or similar. Monthly inventory sytem would need to produce report with randomly chosen 20 items (it needs to be random and different every month) that are currently showing as in stock, so actual physical inventory check can be done on the monthly basis.
We don't have an option of having this hosted on the server, the only option we have is to place database in shared folder so people with access right to shared folder can use it from different locations.
