Overview: I have created a very rudimentary Access Database which allows me to track the errors made by packers and pickers in my distribution center. I upload an excel file sent to me by our German subsidiary which lists all the errors and the type of error. This file contains Product number, Batch number, shipment number, type of error, date of receipt and quantity received. I then match this file based on product #, batch # and Shipment # to another file which includes all shipments sent out and who picked and packed the product for that shipment. I do this match up on a monthly basis and then run a query to determine the number of errors made by picker and packer and the number of lines shipped by picker and packer. I can then calculate the % errors. This information is then distributed to the employees and the supervisors.
Objective: To take this information and create a summary report for supervisors and detailed reports for the pickers and packers.
Detail: I would like four report created. The report name and the query which should provide you with most of the data is listed below.
1. International Errors Packing Summary - Q24 Packing Errors per Line
2. International Errors Picking Summary - Q34 Picking Erroes per Line
3. Packer Detail Report - Q25 Packing Errors Detail
4. Picker Detail Report - Q35 Picking Errors Detail

I would like a form created to drive the reports. I would like access all the reports from the same form. For each report I would like to be able to select the month and year I would like the report run for. For reports 3 and 4 I would also like to select from a drop down who to run the report on. I realize that this will require a change to the querys.
