it will be VBA form where User will do the following
1. select IT cagegory
2. IT sub-category
3. Name of the account,
4. Name of Country
5. Office of operations ( user should be able to select muliple or all,
6. Priority level ( P1, P2, P3, P4, P5) - customised
Note: If user selects " Infra" as main category then user will be filling additional information such as IP address and Host name of the computer and availability time to take remote
if user selects " Application" as main category then user will be filling mandatory fields in addition to issue description and attaching screen shots. these are : Application URLs; no. of users are affected with this ;
Admin user should be able to customize the above. Each category will have by default IT escalation Matrix with email address.
1. user opens the forms and select the Category & Mandatory fills all the 5 from the drop-down filed ( searchable)
2. after that user describes the issues & attach screen shot ( browse option to attach the screen shot:
3. user will then fill the contact details ( added contact details can be picked)
post completion of this - excel will send email . subject line automatically become:
1. Silent P1 | Main issue category, Sub-Issue category | account name | Country and Location name
2. Email will be addressed to " name of first as per the IT escalation matrix"
3. all information will go into the word table format.
if user opens the file then it will see - if issue raised is marked closed or not. if not then it will user to select open or closed. if user states not closed then it will automatically send another email to next level ( until escalation reaches to the last level)
if will generate open / close report and summary of how many records were closed in 0 days, 0 -1 days, 0 - 2 days, 0-5 days and more than 5 days
