excel based/convert to data entry tool for those who do not know excel

There are Many Sheets with Individuals Payments and various Calculations
There is one Main sheet that shows Monthly data
There is one Main sheet that shows Yearly Data
All Sheets are currently linked together. If you make a change to one it changes others.
Final Result: I want to use user forms to 1 create a main menu system with sub menus operating user forms. Some for query and some for data input
Functionality Example: Yearly Lists all the people. If I hit the new account button, it would open an excel user form that allows me to enter in a persons name and then it would create it in the appropriate sheets.
Example
Smith, John would be added to the River Lake SH - SO excel sheet and since they are linked it would show up on all the other sheets.
If I want to enter a payment for Smith, John I hit recieve payment which would run an excel user form and I put in the payment and the date and it would add it to the Smith, John sheet on the payment area.
This is the first step and examples of converting these sheets to more perm gui and easier to manage.
