VB 2010 (Visual Studio 2010) voice recognition without speech engine.

There are two phases:

Training phase:

1- The code receives the word voice from a Mic and splits it into letters depending on sound characteristics; amplitude, frequency, oscillation, pattern, pitch, FFT, and/or any thing else, you are the expert!

2- The user determines the appropriate letters of the voice splits and saves the data in the database.

Recognition phase:

1- The code receives the word voice from a Mic and splits it into letters depending on sound characteristics; amplitude, frequency, oscillation, pattern, pitch, FFT, and/or any thing else...

2- Then the code searches the database, compares splits (letters) of current word voice with saved splits (letters) in the database, one by one, then:

If the code finds a same or similar split voice (letter) in the database it displays the letter that the user saved in the database.

If the code doesn't find a same or similar split in the database it displays "unknown".
