I'm seeking a cheer judge to provide voice-recorded feedback on cheer routines. Your recordings will need to offer a comprehensive review of the performance, complete with scoring. Ideal Skills: - Cheerleading expertise - Judging and scoring experience - Strong communication skills - Audio recording proficiency - Constructive feedback delivery Your voice recordings will be pivotal in helping participants improve their routines and performances. The feedback will cover 1-5 cheer routines. Feedback should include a detailed analysis covering all aspects of the performance. Each feedback recording should be 2 minutes and 30 seconds long. Please deliver the feedback recordings in MP3 format. The feedback should include an in-depth analysis covering intricate details of the performance. Please use the following format or structure for the scoring within the feedback recordings: Ayc Cheer level 1 scoring scheet." Please deliver the feedback within one week. Please use the AYC Cheer level 1 scoring sheet format. Feedback should be provided in English only. The cheer routines are pre-recorded performances, allowing for detailed and accurate review at your convenience.
