BUILD AN IVR APPLICATION ON 3CX PBX

We want an application to run on 3CX PBX This application will automate the following process 1) A customer calls in the PBX 2) The PBX answers with a welcome message and puts the customer on hold 3) The PBX looks up a webservice by passing the customer "callerid" to retrieve a "destination phone" 4) If the destination phone is not recovered then the PBX goes back to the customer with an error message and hangs up the call 5) If the destination phone is recovered then the PBX calls the destination phone and after answered it plays a standardised message to the vendor prompting to stay on the call to get connected with the customer 6) If the vendor stays on the call after 5 seconds he is connected with the customer call and the call gets recorded. 7) At the end of the call the PBX calls a webservice to post the call data and recording details. We will require full source code and compilation instructions If the project can be developed on Asterisk we do not mind
