I need an Avaya expert to connect two sites together.

I have two Avaya IP500 V2 PABX systems.
I have a primary site that is working without issues.
I have a second site that is connected via VPN with a second unused Avaya system. I want to be able to connect the two systems together so that both sites act like one site.
I need to be able to take calls at either location and forward calls between the the sites.
This can be done remotely using Anydesk or teamviewer. my computer has access to the web configurators for both ends.
