I am looking for a VoIP Ticketing system.
We can use any open source VoIP Server - Elastix, PBX in a flash, freepbx, etc...
I need a ticketing system like OSTicket integrated into a VoIP system to create a "call center" type solution.
Basically there will be mulitple departments. NOT all departments will have VoIP however the ticket creators will receive a VoIP call and they will open a ticket. The ticket will automatically tie into a "call id" that will have the recording of the call attached with the ticket. The ticket will then be routed to the proper department to review, add notes, close, etc. The caller will be assigned a ticket number. BASICALLY we need a open source(asterisk based) VoIP system integrated with a ticketing system like OSTicket. If we can make integration of OSTIcket and a VoIP server that is fine as well.
ALSO, I need a display page on the VoIP server that shows incoming calls in the que etc for support agents.
