Hi, the fact that Android works and iPhones don't points to something specific. The iPhone's built in IPsec client is really Cisco IPsec, so IKEv1 with XAuth and a pre shared key, and it sends the group name as its ID. If your Android tunnel is a dynamic aggressive mode one that accepts any peer ID, it can grab the iPhone's connection first and then reject it. That would be the first thing I'd check on your 400E by running the IKE debug for one iPhone's IP. After that I'd set up a separate iOS tunnel on 7.2.12 with its own ID, DH group 14 and its own address pool, and copy the policy setup from Android so users get the same internal access. I'd go with split tunnel for internal subnets only so the firewall isn't carrying everyone's internet traffic. You'd get the config, a test from a real iPhone with the logs, and a short guide for your staff. Can you send me the Android tunnel settings with the secrets removed? That would let me be exact.
