We are rolling out vTiger across the company and need the entire environment prepared for a smooth, scalable launch. The work covers everything from a clean installation through to post-go-live stabilization, so I’m after an end-to-end approach rather than piecemeal fixes. Core scope • Configure standard modules—Leads, Deals, Tickets, Campaigns, Projects and Customer Success—so each mirrors our current processes and permissions. • Build out role-based dashboards, KPIs and reports that give sales, support and management the insights they need at a glance. • Design custom workflows and automation covering lead-nurture sequences, pipeline stage movements, ticket escalation and any approval loops that reduce manual touchpoints. • Integrate all daily-use channels: IMAP/SMTP email, WhatsApp, telephony (Asterisk/3CX), website lead forms and our analytics stack (GA4, Hotjar, custom SQL). • Migrate legacy data (contacts, deals, historic tickets and custom fields) from spreadsheets and our current SaaS CRM, cleaning duplicates on the way in. • Deliver short, role-specific training sessions plus concise SOP documents to drive internal adoption. • Provide two weeks of hyper-care after go-live to squash bugs, fine-tune performance and lock in best practices. Acceptance criteria 1. Users can progress a lead all the way to a closed deal without admin intervention. 2. Incoming emails, WhatsApp messages and calls automatically create or update the correct record. 3. Dashboards refresh in real time and match the reporting templates shared during kickoff. 4. No duplicate contacts or deals exist post-migration (>98 % deduplication). 5. At least 80 % of the team complete training and sign off on usability. Version: vTiger 8 (latest stable). You are free to suggest proven extensions but please flag any licence costs in advance. SSH access and a clean VPS are already in place; staging and production instances can be spun up on request.
