I'm seeking a vTiger expert that can work on my hosted vTiger application. We are trying to migrate from [url removed, login to view] to our own vTiger installation and need someone to make some basic suggestions and actively help us to set up reporting.
Task you are bidding on:
Fix Reporting. Currently reports will not group or sort, this includes existing reports as well as reports created using the wizard. When creating a report using the wizard for example, we are able to enter all of our selections including: summary report, columns included, grouping, calculations, and filters. When doing so, we get a summary report and the correct columns are presented; however no grouping is present and there is no order to the information despite specifying in the customization. Basically all the information is there, just presented in an order that has no value to us. We want to be able to create and view reports displaying data in a meaningful way such things as: open "potentials" in the order of sales stages.
If we are satisfied, we'd like to continue working with the same person to provide some consultation as to how we can integrate other features of our business into the vTiger application on an ongoing basis.
We're looking for:
* Someone who really knows the vTiger system
* Someone that has at least cursory familiarity with salesforce.com. We won't be asking for any [url removed, login to view] configuration, but our entire perspective comes from the [url removed, login to view] system, so we need someone who understands that when we say "opportunities" the vTiger translation is "potentials".
