Before starting, I need to check your skill with simple testing job.

The details below are the requirements, but feel free to use your own judgment as far as layout, colors, etc.

Sign up Screen

The first screen is a sign up screen, It should have fields to enter first name , last name , and date of [login to view URL] of birth should be a date selector, not an open text field.

It should let the user take a photo. Since the is a just a coding test, we will not posting any data to server, but the photo should post to the user's photo library, requesting any needed permissions from the user. It should have a submit button. Your name should appear somewhere on the sign up screen.

The second screen is results screen which have "thanks" message that tells the user that their information has been submitted. The thanks message must address the user by name.

And user's photo must appear on this screen.

I think it takes 2~3hrs if you are expert, so I will not pay for this testing. Candidates should send zipped testing project via email or others if you offer to join to our team and we will review it and reply within a day.
