A block theme keeps the same edit-in-place experience for you and lands the homepage well under a second on mobile. Concretely: - Home, About, Contact plus your 3-4 content pages, each a real editable page, not a locked template. - Images converted to WebP and resized at upload, so a photo dropped in from a phone does not become a 4MB hero. - Titles, meta descriptions and clean slugs per page, with a sitemap submitted to Search Console. - GA4 installed with a consent banner, not just a tag pasted in the header. - Blog and service-page structure stubbed in now, so adding them later is a menu change, not a rebuild. Two honest flags. You will need to supply the copy for the content pages; I can shape and tighten it, but I cannot invent claims about your business.
