Build Informational App & Website

I need an informational website and its companion mobile app built from the ground up, aimed at the general public. The core goal is to present content in a clean, easy-to-navigate way while allowing visitors to create accounts and return to personalised areas through a straightforward registration and login flow. Both the site and the app should share the same brand look, follow modern responsive standards, and load quickly on typical home broadband as well as mobile data. Accessibility and basic SEO best practices matter because the audience is broad and varied. Phase 1 must include: • A fully functional user registration & login system (email or phone-based, social sign-in optional if it speeds things up) • An admin area where I can view, edit or delete user records • A simple content management approach so I can update pages without touching code • Deployment to my hosting account and the respective app stores, with clear instructions for future updates I’m open to adding a blog/news section or search feature later, so structuring the codebase for easy expansion will be appreciated.
