CVs Bank Website Development

I am looking for a web developer to build a user-friendly and efficient website for a project called CVs Bank. The website should allow candidates to upload their CVs while automatically extracting key details such as: • Name • Email • City & Country • Phone number • Current monthly salary (in SAR) • Years of experience • Major • Degree • Gender Candidates should be prompted to confirm or manually correct the extracted information. While we plan to introduce a small service fee for CV uploads in the future, the system should initially allow free uploads. On the other hand, hiring managers should be able to purchase CV packages (e.g., 10 highly relevant CVs per package) rather than having full access to the entire database. To retrieve CVs, the system should prompt them with key filtering questions: • Job title • Years of experience needed • City • Level of education • Major • Gender • Maximum monthly salary for the position The system should then deliver only the most recent and accurate CVs based on these criteria. Hiring managers should be limited in their access (e.g., one package per day) to maintain exclusivity. Additionally, I currently have a database of 150,000 CVs, and I’d like to explore the possibility of integrating this data into the system. The website should be: Easy to use Minimal clicks required Visually clean & professional For now, we will launch as a free service, with payment features activated later.
