U.S. Developer for Site Duplication & Rebranding

United States developers only reply all others will be ignored I am the owner of mynoblecompanion.org. I am wanting to use the content of my website and develop two different independent separate from Noble companion LLCs. These are new companies. They will have new branding logo the whole 9 yards all the way up to an establish payment gateway in good SCO program to clarify, I want the content that I have already published edited in the make fit in the two separate entities and we will be focused on basically the same audience. This is not a rebrand. These are totally independent companies. I’m wanting to create nothing will be connected to Noble companion. I’m only using the content now I need somebody to make it look good and sound good.
