Fix WordPress PHP 8 Compatibility

My host is holding my site on PHP 7.4 because one or more themes or plugins fail under PHP 8+. I want to move to at least PHP 8.1—without losing a pixel of design or a line of functionality. The site runs WordPress with WPBakery as the page builder. I need an expert who can work methodically in a staging copy, isolate every incompatible component, bring each one up to date (or replace it cleanly), then push the upgrade to production once all tests pass.
