For high-end glass work, I would make each important piece/project almost its own showcase, with strong photography, the story behind the work, details and an enquiry path rather than putting everything into one generic gallery. I would build this in WordPress and set up the artwork/projects as an easy-to-manage section, so adding a new piece later is basically: upload photos, add details, publish. The same structure also gives us individual pages we can optimize for SEO instead of trying to rank one portfolio page. Enquiries can come into the website dashboard as well as your email, so nothing gets lost. I am also fine building it on my server first and moving the approved site directly to Turbify.
