I want to launch a small-scale web portal that lets customers report an internet-related problem and then follow its progress while giving my support team the tools to respond and close each ticket. The build needs two secure entry points—one for end-users and one for administrators—with role-specific dashboards yet a shared view of every ticket’s current status. In short, both Users and Admins must be able to submit, view, and update the status flow. Core screens I have in mind are: • User Registration & Login • User Dashboard with Issue Submission Form and Issue Details view • Admin Login & Dashboard featuring Issue Management (assign, change status, add notes) • User Profile Management for basic contact edits A clean ticket form, basic search/filter, and an at-a-glance status indicator are essential. Feel free to suggest the tech stack—common options like Laravel + MySQL, Node/Express + Mongo, or a React front end are all fine as long as authentication, role permissions, and database integrity are handled properly. Please respond with a detailed project proposal outlining the milestones, tools, and timeframe you would follow to deliver a tested, launch-ready site.
