The website should be user-friendly, secure, mobile-responsive, and optimized for speed. The goal is to build a platform that can handle up to 100 concurrent users initially, with scope to scale in the future. We are seeking a cost-effective solution while maintaining good quality and security. Key Requirements: 1. Technical Requirements Tech Stack: Open to PHP (Laravel), Node.js, or Django — whichever is cheaper to host. Database: MySQL or PostgreSQL Hosting Recommendation: Must suggest a low-cost but reliable hosting plan. Image Storage: Local server or cloud storage (S3/Backblaze).
