Memberstack Development and Integration to Webflow site

The objective of this project is to create a customized integration between a Webflow website and Memberstack, enabling a seamless login and personalized experience for members of the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) – Beverage Federation. The developer will be responsible for implementing the integration, ensuring smooth user authentication, and setting up the necessary functionality to deliver a personalized experience for each member. Our current team is setting up a basic Webflow site and looking for a partner to

Project Overview: The project involves the following main tasks;

1. Integration Setup: Configure and integrate Memberstack with the existing Webflow site to enable user authentication, access control, and personalized content delivery.

2. User Registration and Login: Develop user registration and login functionality, allowing GPO members to create accounts, log in, and manage their profile information.

3. Customized Member Experience: Implement personalized content delivery based on member attributes or roles, ensuring that each member sees relevant information and features upon login.

4. Dashboard Development: Create a user-friendly dashboard for GPO members to view their account details, access exclusive resources, track purchases, and manage their preferences.

5. Membership Management: Build functionality to handle membership levels, subscription plans, and renewals, enabling seamless management of GPO members' access rights.

6. Security and Privacy: Implement appropriate security measures to protect user data and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

7. Testing and Debugging: Thoroughly test the integration to identify and fix any bugs or issues, ensuring a smooth and error-free user experience.

8. Documentation: Prepare documentation that outlines the integration process, functionalities, and any custom code used for future reference.

Deliverables:

1. A fully integrated Memberstack environment with the Beverage Federation Webflow website, with functionality enabled.

2. User registration and login system that securely manages member accounts and authentication.

3. Personalized member experience based on attributes or roles.

4. User-friendly dashboard allowing members to access and manage their account details and resources.

5. Membership management system for easy administration of member access and subscription plans.

Timeline: The estimated timeline for completing the scope of work is as follows:

• Week 1: Project kickoff and requirement gathering. Review SOW.

• Week 2: Integration setup and user registration/login functionality.

• Week 3: Customized member experience and dashboard development. Membership management and security implementation.

• Week 4: Testing, debugging, and finalizing the integration. Documentation preparation and project handover.

Assumptions:

• The Webflow site's design and structure may need to be changed during the integration process. Looking for a partner to help create a good foundation for a new company and process. Realize that a current webflow site does not exist.

• Memberstack will be chosen as the preferred membership management solution for this project.

• Any third-party plugins or tools required for the integration will be procured before starting the development by Beverage Federation.

Note:

This scope of work is subject to revision and may require adjustments based on any additional requirements or changes that arise during the development process. Any significant additional SOW (i.e. 4 hours+ of work needed) will need to be approved by the Beverage Federation.
