I'd keep general info, the contact blocks (Direction Générale, Back-Office, RCCI/RCSI, Commercial) and the free-text description, mapping each to a clean French form. First I'd import the AFTI list as company records, each with a unique signed token link — no login friction. The institution lands on their pre-filled profile, edits only what changed, and autosave fires per field so a closed tab loses nothing. Every submission is versioned, so the admin sees exactly what moved year over year before exporting to .xlsx. One thing I'd add: a "rien n'a changé" confirm button — most won't have edits, and that alone lifts response rates.
