I have read details. I understand that you are looking to create a web platform something similar to the given example, wherein you want the system to guide users through a question-answer flow, and translate the answers to right legal clauses, and generate a PDF document at the end. You require user registrations, payment gateways, which are similar to the ones we see in every website. The main point is the way it will offer pre-written, province compliant templates. You may also want the system to generate contracts from scratch. You want to use LangChain or something to fine tune the texts. Another important point here is that it should be Bilingual. I think the requirements are clear enough to bid on this job.
