Badges, profile boosts and "future redeemable perks" all read as one rules table, not three features, so I'd design it as a generic event to points mapping with thresholds, and the badges and boosts become rows in that table rather than hardcoded branches. That's what makes "future perks" actually future proof instead of a rewrite when you want to add one.
