The application should let users open a ticket through a clean browser interface, automatically prompt them to pick or type a category, and then display that ticket in an admin dashboard where I can filter, search, and update its status. You will have an admin panel with option to create multiple sub-admins and also a front end. In the front end home page, there will be option for the users to log in / sign up. Once they are logged in, they will be redirected to the dashboard page, a password recovery option too will be given, users may opt to login using OTP (6 digit OTP to be delivered to the registered email inbox). In the dashboard, there will be option to show hot topics. Users can click on any and view those, an option to check all the submitted tickets by that user with the status, number of posts etc. The form to submit a ticket will have options to select a subject (masters will be maintained from the admin panel), Subject, Detail of the ticket and multiple attachments. Once that ticket is submitted, admin and user both will be notified. Admin can view and post reply, once again both admin and users will be notified by email. This communication will be continued until and unless you set the status of the ticket as "Closed".
