they must be able to read out description of property if needed
must be able to make appointments 1-2 appointments per day normally
they must be able to sort an issue such as arranging for a plumber to call to a house and let the tenant know about it and find out the cost of the job and tell the owner
they must be able to do a letter that use our templates and change some info such as price and name
they must be able to keep diarys on proerties up to date
they must be able to know when it is important to contact me such as new business and emergencies
