Forum Member Recruiting

I have a new forum (less than 3 weeks old) -- I have personally recruited up to 100 members and need to focus tasks on developing other aspects of the community. I need someone (or a team) to find new registrants for my forum. I would expect this to be done via email (NO SPAM), IM and by posting on other similar boards. You will find this is a unique forum and not just another "me too" Tell me in your bid what other forums you are a member of, what other forums you would go to to recruit members, and make suggestions on how you would anticipate getting new members. I am not interested in paying for "posting" offers. Only recruiting real members. Quality members and posters. I wont pay for fake members. I will only pay after I see RESULTS.
