I am looking to hire loan officers for a mortgage company in Clearwater, Florida. I am looking for recruiters that have access to websites such as monsters, Hotjobs, careerbuilder, etc.
The main objective is to get candidates in for interviews. Any other methods of getting them in the door such as obtaining email addresses and offering the opportunity will work as well.
Candidates need not be experienced.
I am looking to hire 30 or more loan officers of the next four months. There is a high turnover rate in the mortgage industry so that the recruiting will be on an on going basis.
The compensation is $200 per Loan Officer hired. $100 after the first 45 days of employment and the additional $100 upon closing of the loan officer's first loan. I am looking project to start ASAP. Thanks!

Loan officers come and go offices often. It is rare to have a loan officer in a company for more than a year. Most loan officers change companies in less than a year.
