Need script or scraper for updaing products from importing site to woocommerce via API

When a product is out of stock and back to stock on the importing site it will update on our site. The result will be printed out for the admin to view the products that the script has been put out of stock and back in stock.
When the product stops selling on the importing site, the product will be deleted on our site. Admin will be able to view the product that has been deleted. This will be done by checking if an existing SKU on our site still exists on the importing site, if it doesn’t exit the script will show it as a stop selling product and later delete it.
Support is also needed afterwards for at least 6 months.
