Odds Scraping and Comparison

Please only apply if you've done a similar project before. I am looking for some software that will automatically scrape golf odds from a large selection of bookies that can then be exported to excel. I want this to come straight from the bookies and not odds comparison websites as some of them map the prices very slowly. I currently scrape prices from oddschecker but I'm finding that they don't re-map for new markets often enough, miss out and few markets and exclude a few bookies that I would like to see. There are many different types of markets to import but I want this to include every single golf price a bookie has offers. Please have a look at oddschecker[.]com to see what's on offer. Right now there is Winner Top 5 Top 10 Top 20 Enhanced Win Only Winning Nationality Playoff Top Continental Euro Top Englishman Top GB & Ireland Top Italian Top Scotsman Top Swedish Player Top American Top Debutant Top European Top Rest of The World Top Non USA Hole IN One Insure bet - 5 places Winning Margin 3 way 18 holers 2 way 18 holers 2 way 72 hole matches 72 Hole Groups Winner without certain players Round 1 Leader (next round leader will then after after rd 1) But some bookies have markets that do not currently appear on oddschecker. For example... William Hill - tournament threesomes Betbright - Finishing Positions, make cut Paddy Power - lowest round, big guns v the field, 2 ball handicaps plus a few more Ladbrokes - Top Argentinian There will be many more plus many top nationalities and other markets that are not being used this week. It should also take into account the different way players and markets are worded. For example a market could appear as Top Contintental European or Top Cont Euro. A player could appear as Gonzalo Fdez-Castano or Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano. These can can change week to week. All aspects of this project should be customisable as these websites are constantly changing and new bookies are appearing all the time. At the very least I would like most of the bookies that appear on oddschecker and bestbetting plus pinnacles, poker stars, sbobet, 5dimes and possibly a few more.
