Hi. I would be a bit happier doing this Phase as a fixed price for project. It depends a bit on how many companies are listed under each state and how the site is built so I'd like to see the actual website first please ;) For the bid I will put EUR 15/hour, 15 hours, but I really think I can write a script that I'd host/run on my own server, scrape all the data, and send it to you in a CSV/XLS/TXT files for you for under EUR 200, but I am assuming there are a lot of companies under each state. If there aren't many, or the site looks particularly easy to scrape, I would reduce that before starting. I am online once per day and amenable to arranging a time to be online at the same time as each other if required. --- I have over 20 years experience working as a PHP developer, I have my own server and have performed quite a lot of scraping jobs (including scraping 53,000 recipes from 3 different websites, where recipes were loaded dynamically and had 3-4 different formats), stock/shares prices, yacht charter prices and availability, etc, etc.
