I am looking for someone to create a web scraping service that extracts specific data from multiple websites. The data should be in a text format and the output should be in an Excel format.
The goal is to scrape county and city websites for data concerning building permits. All of the information is readily available but not in formats that are usuable.
The candidate I am seeking must have experience with web scraping and experience working with Excel. This project is intended to be implemented in a systematic, precise, and efficient manner, as I am looking for reliable results that are up to date. The web scraping should be accurate and able to quickly capture the desired data.
The ideal candidate will be highly knowledgeable and experienced in web scraping, and particularly familiar with Excel formats. They must understand how to efficiently scrape various websites for both text and images accurately.
