Web scraping a supplier site and importing the products to a Prestashop site

We need help to copy the products from one of our suppliers site to our new Prestashop site. It needs to be done by scraping the supplier site because they do not have any product file they can provide us. There is not any products that are in a combination. All products will be scraped and imported as separate products.
From the scraping we need all the data that exist like:
Name
SKU
Weight
Wholesale Price
Stock status
Description
Productimages
Related products
Standardcategory
Categorypath
And all the specifications
If possible we also want the pdf manual on the products that have it.
We will also need to fill the file with some extra fields (same on all products) as:
Supplier
Brand
Delivery time when in stock
Delivery time when not in stock
VAT
Warranty
When the site is scraped we need you to import all to our Prestashop site. The site is new and there is no products now. This job is for the first supplier. We have some more supplier that we will need the same job done for later on, so if the project is good there will be more work.
For this project we will also need a continuous scraping of stock status that is exported to a catalogue on our ftp server. It needs to be done every night.
