I created a sort-of social network for sports profiles (teams, coaches, players). It is based on Wordpress, and uses a plugin called mingle that utilizes Wordpress's users functionality (subscriber, contributor, etc). Contact me for the URL.
I'm using a plugin called TDO-Mini Forms for user submissions of posts. I have modified the post structure a bit, so these posts are actually "Events".
The TDO Mini Form plugin is rather robust, and it has a WYSIWYG editor. But I have modified the forms quite a bit, using it's "Form Hacker". I needed to hack the form that for styling, etc. You can find the TDO Mini Form settings in the wp-admin all the way at the bottom of the left-had panel.
I have created two forms. Form #1 is for submitting posts & Form #3 is for editing posts. Please do not modify Form #1.
Here are the two bugs with Form #3:
1. For some reason, the Edit forms in TDO Mini Forms don't allow you to pull in the categories or tags.
There must be some way to change the code in the form hacker so that these categories and Tag fields are populated. I would like you modify this form's script in the form hacker to auto-populate these fields.
2. When I go to edit a post and click the submit button, I get an error about a custom field that I have set as the Event End Date
Even though Form #1 works properly, for some reason there is a problem with this form that requires me to change the End Date field from the date that it is currently set at. So if the event's end date is 09-Feb-2011, I cannot use that same date when I submit this form. I must change it to, say, 10-Feb-2011. I can then go back through the edit form and change it back to 09-Feb-2011. But not the same day.
I need someone to fix these two minor bugs. My explanation was long, but the task is rather short. If this is completed quickly and efficiently there is more work to follow.
Thanks for reading this project description. Please respond/bid with "I have read and understand this project" at the top of your reply so I can separate you from those who haven't.
