WooCommerce expert experience with marketplaces a plus: Should know how to customize and create plugins and communicate in English

Job Description:

Looking to hire an expert that knows E-commerce well. Multivendor Marketplace experience is great but not required.

The site uses Wordpress + WooCommerce.

***Skills Needed:***

- Customizing a plugin

- Should know how to create plugins for Wordpress/WooCommerce.

- Knows how to plan the feature/module properly before executing.

- Is experienced enough to properly estimate the time it would take to finish a task.

- Tests the work properly before submitting to the client. Attention to detail is important. **I test very thoroughly.** and your work will also be reviewed by another developer, randomly.

- Timely work and Accuracy of work is important. Need someone who takes deadlines seriously.

- Great communication skills required as this is remote work.

- Let me know what kind of testing you do, If you know how to do QA testing, etc.

- Let me know if there are other skills you or someone in your team is also an expert at.

- Let me know if you know how to launch an e-commerce site properly. What are some things you would do as a developer to make the site ready to be live.

-Good knowledge of security and optimization when writing any code at all.

The website is in development and you will be added to the project to speed up to launch. After that, you'll be continuously hired to maintain the site and add to it. A site is always under development.

- We also have to set up an ESP, we prefer to customize the email templates and text on the site so we can just plug in any ESP. If you have experience with this, that would be great too.

***Before Awarding Important notes:***

-Work includes launching the entire site, where the website is of high quality, fast, secure and seo friendly.

-Development Work (Backend development). Clean, secure, and well commented/documented code. No bugs or errors. Work to be done as per the requirements in the main requirement doc.

-Design work (Front end development). High resolution, responsive(desptop, ipad, Mobile), and no bugs or errors. Designs provided via Sketch Cloud Access. 30+ Designs already sent and more to come. Every page on the site has been listed on the Design Doc and will need to be created.

-All work will be continued on the site that has been developed and customized for us by another developer already. All work checked by C-panel access by developer.

-Developer will be responsible for all work done by previous developer as well, as he/they will take over the job from here onwards.

-SEO and graphic design. (e.g. creating icons) is part of the job.

The main requirement doc, design doc, and two supplementary docs for the main requirement doc will all be posted in the chat (4 in total). The design is shared and more designs (for the rest of the pages) will continue to be shared via Sketch cloud. Work being discussed and collaborated on Dropbox.

NDA has been signed. But will add another NDA (for further security) here on freelancer and an IP agreement.

Website to be launched on January 2nd (for seller ready and payment gateway ready so can also be used by customer). Some work (customer side) remaining will be done and launched by (or before) end of January.
