Too many requests error

Hello,
I am following some auction/selling site, if I use page auto-refresh or click too often refresh page, I get "too many requests" error. I can't access page after that for 15 mins or something.
How could I avoid that easily?

Hi there, This most probably is caused by conflicts in the databse , that is generating too many queries at the same time, so need to look into that and fix that. I can fix it and will start immediately. Would need ad Daha Fazla
