Who We Are:
We are an 18 month old Brand recognition and customer acquisition company. We help companies build their brand through the sale of their products through our team of distributors across the U.S. For the last 18 months we have helped build the Dixon Golf company brand and now we have several other exciting start-ups we will be working with in the next couple months. We have been using contract employees to date and feel the proof of concept has justified the need for additional passionate staff. None of our staff draws a salary. Everyone gets equity in the company for the work they put in.

Dixon World Charities works with schools, churches, organizations, athletic programs, charities, and more to support their cause in raising badly needed funds through our incredible distributor network. For every $30.00 donation, $300.00 of Dixon high performance eco-friendly golf balls are provided as a thank you. Who You Are:
Above all, you need to be both a programmer and designer. We are a startup and this is essential. We are live but have a great many things on the drawing board and need someone who can take ideas and run with them. You need to have an obsessive attention to detail and user experience. You should hate to say no or can't, and love to say yes or I'll try. Ideally, your technical skills would be the following:
• Experience with MySQL
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with UI, cross-browser compatibility and scalability issues are a plus
• Design experience also a plus
While these are not absolutes, they should serve as a general basis in what we are looking for. Also, we're looking for someone passionate about what we're doing and one who believes in our idea.
Opportunity & Compensation:
As we previously mentioned, we are live but are looking to bring someone on who can grow with us. We need to expand our team and further build out our product. A lot of the initial, early risk has been mitigated through our work over the last 18 months. We plan to raise funding as necessary but the longer we can run without outside invested capital the more value we can show and the more each share is worth. That being said the following is available to the right candidate:
• 2.5 - 5% equity in the company (based on experience)
• Competitive salary once we obtain funding
• Ground floor opportunity and voice in shaping the company -- you will be the fifth employee, your input and work will be invaluable
Lastly, understand that we believe in this idea and have a strong passion to see it succeed. We have raised many eyebrows and garnered significant interest every time we explain the concept. We need help to continue to build and see it succeed. We are looking for the right fit who wants to be part of something from the start and enjoys the challenges and rewards expected.
