441697 Header/banner for newsletter design

Hi, I need a banner (static) for a newsletter header, using the images of the various rewards that I have attached to create something that looks interesting. We want to ensure that people can see that there is a whole host of different rewards they can get. The banner size needs to be width 595px x height 215px. The banner also needs to have included the logo (RS logo atatched) plus the Rewards logo (attached). These do not have to sit together.
