Relaunch of German web site

Our basic web site needs a relaunch. ([url removed, login to view]) There will be about 20 pages, all in German.
The new site will continue to be simple (no Flash, no log-in, no forum etc), but must look professional and unique.
A banner should also be created involving images of headphones, voice recorders etc. Also maybe a logo.
A good design is needed.
We would prefer to continue using NetObjects Fusion 7 for maintaining our site, but would also consider Dreamweaver. We should be able to update the new site ourselves from time to time including the navigation bar.
