E-Classifieds/job website and search engine

We are looking for developers to develop and design an e-classifieds website that will include the following features 1. Website is similar to a job hunt website which will have two set of users – a. The users who offer services (job seekers) i. Users offering their services will be able to create their own account in order through a standard sign up procedure. ii. Using their account, users will be able to create service offers, search offers and edit/delete those offers. b. The users who are looking for services (employers) i. It will allow users to look for services that have been offered through a search engine. (no signup will be needed for searching ii. The search engine that allows the users to look for services will have dynamic filters that narrow the search results. iii. Users willing to select a service will be able to send messages to the service provider by providing their contact details (email address). 2. The search engine will allow sorting order for price, location, relevance and posting dates. As part of your estimation, please include a list of any third party applications or platforms which will be leveraged. In addition, please estimate each component mentioned in the business requirements (Attached document) and breakout the effort within the overall solution (or logic groups of components) as we may re-scope the project based on the estimates. Also, include a break out for website creative design and styling (i.e. look and feel) and provide examples of sample sites you have done. Please bid and post your resume on PM.
