PrestaShop theme for ecommerce website

Hi,

I am developing an eCommerce website based on PrestaShop.

I am looking for someone to use the designed pages (.psd) to develop a theme. I want to be able to install the theme, just as any other PrestaShop theme.

I will add all functionalities to the website myself. It's just the themes that I'm not knowledgeable about.

Below is what I need from you :

1. EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE IN PRESTASHOP AND SMARTY a must

2. Expertise and experience in Photoshop

2. Excellent work ethic and communication skill

3. A list of tasks that need to be done to develop the theme

4. An estimate of time and cost

If successful, this project can lead to the development of other themes.
