Apologies for the second post on this subject but we’ve gotten several people bidding on our last post that clearly had either no intention of doing the work or no knowledge on how to do it properly. So in this post I will clearly explain what our firm is looking for in candidates to join our team.
We have been in the SEO business for 7 years our CEO’s work has been in Forbes magazine, stock watch, salon, pc world, and many more Internet news agencies. We have been mainly doing SEO for large corporate clients and have only within the last 2 years started to brand into smaller projects, which is where we need your help.
We are in the early stages of launching a new division of our corporation and we need to build out our link building teams for this new division.
We are looking to bring people on full-time if possible but are willing to accept clients that don’t have the time resources to devote full-time to our clients.
We are a US based corporation and if your based in the us we can provide benefits should you request direct full-time employment but please note that your salary and benefits will be inline with what we offer the rest of our team which is mainly based outside of the us and it might not be what your looking for as full-time employment.
We do accept people from any country and have payment system established in most countries to send payments to team members quickly and efficiently. We do however prefer to work with English speaking team members.
If you’re interested in becoming part of the team then there are a few things you’ll need to complete prior to us approving you. The screening method is designed to ensure that each team member has a precise understanding of how to compile keyword research, how to link build, and most importantly how to implement link building techniques. If you’re capable of doing those things then we want you on our team.
Ok so the first set in the screening processes is to prove that you can do the job. This requirement isn’t difficult but is required prior to even us considering you for our team. What you’ll need to do is find a one word term that has over 100 searches a month under. If you can’t find a one word term we’ll accept a 2 word term that gets over 500 searches a month. Sorry no 3 word combinations and you must use the Overture database to judge your terms search frequency.
After you’ve selected a term you then must be capable of link building a site to rank in the top 10 for that term. You will have to contact us with the term you want to link build under and we’ll send you the site to link build that term to. This site has zero onsite content but it does have information so that the search engines will index this site. We do allow any form of link building at your disposal, guestbooks, ffa links, blogs, are all acceptable practices within our firm. Lets put it this way, if you can get the job done that’s all we care about. The ones that know the system better know how to make better use of the “gray” link building techniques and ultimately are the ones that will always perform the best for clients.
Please don’t contact us with past examples of what your capable of as we have no way to verify that you did that work yourself and if your truly capable of link building in an economical and effective way this pre-screening will nothing for your to complete.
Once you have decided that you want to work for our firm then do your keyword research and PM with a term of your choice and we’ll send you back the url for the link building under that term. Once we can verify that you completed this we’ll contact you with more information as to contract lengths, but prior to this we’ll be in contact with you to get information on your location, employment goals and time availabilities.
