Design in Flash or other - Shade estimator / Shade configurator

$10 is not the correct amount for the bid. It is a required field so we inserted an amount. Would like quotes for a shade estimator/shade configurator. The shade estimator/configurator would show a customer how much shade is provided and the location of the shade on their residential home or commercial building based on customer's location anywhere in the world. Most likely it would be developed using geo location and sun elevation data but any other suggestions as to how to accomplish this are appreciated. Factors needed for this application would be: 1. Orientation of the residential home or commercial building (N,S,W,E,NW etc.) 5. Awning width (metric and imperial) 6. Awning projection (metric and imperial) 7. We want this option AND a 2nd option for the customer to be able to upload a picture of their own house or commercial building and see how much shade they will receive and the location of the shade based on the time of day. What technology/technologies or software(s) or programming language(s) would be used to complete the project? Is flash the only option? How soon (days) will the project be completed after it is awarded? Ongoing paid tech support for a certain period of time (to be established) through this website would required and critical to the project. Bug fixes would be required indefinitely through this website. Need to see examples of similar projects already completed. Source code to be provided through this website upon payment.
