128139 Corporate Website

I need a new corporate website. Only 5-10 pages, nothing super fancy or complicated. It is mainly used as a "holding" company for a number of other companies and is the company that I use for all my affiliate programs, I have a number of them set up in all and need a central location (company) to register them with, they are then marketed and used in a number of different websites and for a number of different companies. I only need some static "professional" pages with links and to content, i.e. About Us, Services, Related "Sister" companies, affiliates, contact. I have a basic idea located here [login to view URL], I need it finished and so that it is easy for the non-web programmer/developer. It needs to be easy to modify and made additions and modifications. It is to use a table less css and a template system so that new pages and modifications can be made with ease. Must be able to modify or edit using front-page or dreamweaver. Some type of Flash enter would be nice, but not required. If you need additional info please let me know
