252609 Create color scheme/ buttons

1. I had someone create a website header for me. They were supposed to do a menu bar also and could not complete the task. See the header zip file. I created a menu bar but I am not happy with it and want someone more creative to come up with one. I just realized that I didn't save my [url removed, login to view] file. Here is the headings:

2. I need a color scheme to go with the header and menu. I made a green button which I like. It's OK. If you can improve it, please do. In the file called [url removed, login to view], I've included a button that has the colors for the header, and the green button it's called webdesignelements.jpg. Like the green button I need another button the same size but a different color that matches the over all color scheme. That button is for a link to the bookstore.
Then I need a button called "New Release" and another called "Featured Books", and one called "Financial Tools". I also need a color for the welcome area.
3. All the buttons don't have to be different colors. If the layout looks good then I'm happy. Simple but clean is OK. I included two additional samples that have a nice bottom portion. I'm trying to achieve something like that.
The guy who did the header did a nice job with the sample header and that is why I choose him, but he could complete the task after I picked him. I'm ready to end this project ASAP.
I'll need any fonts that you use that I don't have, and I'll need the PSD files once completed.
