Create Shopping Cart for web host provider

I designed a website where I the customer will be selling web hosting services. I need someone to web host services page to clients merchant account vendor. I don't know how to do this. This shouldn't take a lot of time to do. The merchant account is already setup but there is no shopping cart. So basically, I need to have a shopping cart created so customer can purchase web host services. I would prefer OSCommerce but it's not required.

Please respond only if you have experience with doing jobs such as this. This is a professional business and I need serious application developers who are familiar with the backend of various systems.
