I'm starting up a dating website targeting a specific area, and need a website designed for it.
I have yet to design a logo for it, so I'll need a logo as well. The site is [login to view URL], and so far blue and silver are the winning picks for color scheme.
I will need a 'free user' option that allows the user to upload only one photo, and only send a maximum of 3 messages per day. By becoming a subscriber (The monthly pricing will be determined later, set up in 4 packages, billed once monthly, once per 3 months, once per 6 months, and once per year) they can have Premium Access, which allows them unlimited messaging, and up to 10 photos.
I also need a 'Verified User' feature, where in the "My Account" portion of a user's settings, they can submit a photo of their face, and written clearly on a piece of paper, their username or account number. This can be reviewed by administrators and confirmed that it is indeed the user. A "Verified User" symbol will appear next to their username. This dating site is also specifically limited to the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area, so when signing up, there will be cities (that I will provide) they can list as their home, that are close to or within the D/FW area.
I of course need administrator/moderator level access. For example, an account called "DDN Admin", "DDN Mod", with the ability to change access levels if I end up hiring people to moderate the site. The winning bidder will also most likely be called upon for future projects (changing the site, udpating content, site upgrades, etc.) I'd like to be able to "add time" to the premium access of users. Giving a free month of premium use, etc. due to technical difficulties.
I will need to implement online payment processing as well as soon as I've worked out which system I am going to use.
I will also be writing up a "Terms of Service" portion for new users that must be accepted before the site can be accessed.
Nude photos will not be permitted and could cause termination of account, etc.
